BILLING

We participate with most insurance plans and will file your insuance for reimbursement.

Please make sure you have accurate and most current iformation of your Health Insurance plan.

If we are unable to confirm your insurance or coverage, we charge you for the visit as self pay but once the coverage is verified, we will issue a refund.

If you need to contact us for any billing issue, please send us an email with all the details including your name, account number, issues and a phone number to get in contact with you and someone from our office will get in touch with you in 48 hrs.

REFERRALS

In case you need to see a specialist or any other service that needs a referral, we have a referral co-ordinator to help you.

You may call our office and leave a detailed message clearly stating your name, type of specialist, name of specialist, reason for vist and a call back number. If we need more information, we will call you back or may need some forms filled and faxed back to us.

Please give us about 2-3 days to get your referrals done. The process may take a little longer on Weekends and Holidays.
